Hey hey hey! Crispy Saskia here! For someone who used to think that ‘liking’ something on social media was a bold step, I think we can agree, a guest post is pretty big progress! Thanks Val for the invite. And like so many of the Autistic Interpretations community, thanks for making us feel part of the family and like we are besties :-).
And it’s not just Val who has become a real friend. There are (to name a just a few) Texas Lory, Dangerous Danielle, Sweet Agus, Crazy Suzie, Kelly Boom Boom, and Mary Potato! Club Crispy is such a lovely subset of the larger Autistic Interpretations community. So, I’ve gone from cautiously liking once in a while, to contributing with comments, to occasional replies, and now a Bragitude post!
On with the Bragitude…
Brag
Today is my 104th lifetime Bragitude. This is my fourth 30-day Bragitude challenge and 3rd year with Val. The brag part is always the hardest and I focus on celebrating the smallest victories most days. And 30 days of brags in a row is difficult! So, yay me for 104 and counting.
Gratitude
You’ll often find me in the comments on Autistic Interpretations Instagram or YouTube. And of course the bideos are charming and inspiring and worthy of gratitude every day. But can we talk about the comments? I really enjoy reading them, especially now with Bragitudes. So that’s my gratitude: grateful for the goodness and kindness and reminders in comments.
And of course, Val, thanks for giving me a chance to contribute on the big stage. I’ll happily be back in the shadows of the comments tomorrow. Speaking of which… your turn! I’ll meet you in the comments…

Bragitude day 14
Brag – My Brag of the day is that I made that business in town that I skipped yesterday. So I walked to the pharmacy to fetch my medicines for two weeks.
Gratitude – I´m grateful that I get the medicines packed in small plastic envelopes, one for each point of time. That makes it easy for me as I´ve got nerve pain and artrosis in my fingers which makes it hard to handle with small pills.
Thank you, Saskia, for taking the baton today! I really just needed it. 🙂 I can’t let this day pass without capturing it in Day 14 bragitude. If you saw my post this morning, you’ll have seen me telling Jessica about a doctor’s appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at how well she took it. It really is remarkable that at 34 years, we still see such progress and I’m convinced that it has a lot to do with this community.
So you can probably guess my Day 14 Bragitude:
Brag: I was briefly tempted to reschedule the doctor’s appointment, but I stuck with it and it went better than I would have thought.
Gratitude: I’m grateful for this community that has helped my Bessie grow.
