Bragitude Day 17

We’ve just about made it through another Friday. What a long day it was!

Brag

My brag today is about vulnerability. People frequent comment about me being brave to put our lives ‘out there’ and sometimes thank me for being vulnerable. I usually don’t feel that – brave nor vulnerable. I usually just feel like it is what it is.

However, today I do feel that I was both brave and vulnerable to post our mostly uncut cookie video today. I nearly lost my patience multiple times and I know it shows. Mainly though, my brag is that I really was super patience. It took a lot of strength to not step in sooner than I did. 😄

Gratitude

I’m grateful that after such a long day that I had a burst of energy, patience, and positive attitude. I was able to put a nice meal on the table after getting back home from the vet right at our typical dinner time. Pork roast, green beans, creamed corn, fried okra, and cornbread. 😋

Your Turn

How was your Friday? Do you have a bragitude?

    Bragitude day 17
Brag – My Brag of the day is that so far I have written down my brag and my gratitude for the day and I will continue.
Gratitude – I´m grateful that I have got some very close friends. One of them I met the very first day as a teacher. She had the classroom next to mine and she helped me a lot. We got close friends from the very beginning and she still means a lot to me. Another friend lived with her husband in the same house as I did. That bought a dog and so did I, and that´s how we got friends. Since then their family is my family, we are like siblings and they have also helped me a lot.
