Bragitude Day 9

It’s been a long day around here. I was awake during the middle of the night for no reason except maybe in celebrating my quiet night I went to bed too early. Is there such a thing? I’ve worked all day on the cookbook mailing process. It’s a cool project to be into and I’m learning new things. At the same time, I’m having to let everything else go for a day or so, including getting new video and photos. I’ll make up for that in time, probably sooner rather than later. In reality, Jess was not in the best mood for a couple of days, and is now about back to herself, so, good timing anyway I guess.

Brag

This morning, I decided there was no more time for delay and I had to move past my unnecessary anxiety over learning how to correctly print shipping labels. Throughout the day, I managed to print 100 labels and got over 100 books ready to ship out!

Gratitude

I’m grateful for Daryl’s first baddaddy day care day. Daryl was back home by lunchtime, but that gave Ms. Zoe and me a good 4 hours of solid quiet time. I was able to concentrate and be productive with work, and Zoe was able to get some much needed rest. Daryl and Benny are so rowdy most of the time that Zoe struggles to get enough beauty rest during the day.

Your Turn

What’s your bragitude for the day?

    Bragitude day 9
Brag – My Brag of the day is that I have done my homework. In the last two years I have met a psychotherapist. I have been thinking about what I have achieved so far.
Gratitude – I´m grateful that when I compare now and then I can see that things are going on more easily. Even if I have got more pain and have finished some important activities (due to the pandemic) I am less depressed and calmer.
