Mexican Casserole or Dip
We’ve been cooking this Mexican Casserole for many years. Even though it may seem like she’s not sure about it, Jess has always liked it.

Almost like a 7 layer Mexican dip. Do you all like guacamole? I’d serve some on the side. I serve mine room temp. Fried beans, mix a little water in the taco meat then some of that liquid in the beans. Then add 1 lb. ground meat, I mix a 24 oz. sour cream with a cheese dip, like Frito-lay mild cheddar dip 2xs, then guacamole (smash 5 or 6
avocados, salt, garlic powder, dried onion, taco sauce, all to taste) spread over sour cream, add salsa, shredded cheddar, diced tomatoes, black olives and green onions. Good with hardy Frito scoops.
Chop this friggin’ meat! I am dying laughing. I hope the recipe says friggin’ meat not just ground beef???
